LEGAL
Website Terms
These are the basic terms that apply when using this website and its business and product-development information.
1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Coda Group is a business name operated by Coda Group Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary limited company.
2. General information only
Site content introduces Coda Group's scope and potential product-development opportunities. It is general information, not legal, regulatory, medical, nutritional, financial or other professional advice.
Product suitability, labelling, import, sale and regulatory requirements for a particular market need separate review by appropriately qualified advisers.
3. Product examples
Content and visuals identified as a “product development example” illustrate Coda Group's services and possible product directions. They do not represent an active development project, commercially released product, inventory, final specification or offer to sell.
Actual formulation, ingredients, flavour, packaging, specifications, claims, manufacturing feasibility and regulatory status would be established through a client brief, development, testing, partner review and target-market requirements.
4. No offer or guarantee
Website information and responses to enquiries are not an offer or guarantee of supply, exclusivity, timing, price, minimum order quantity, regulatory approval or commercial outcome unless set out in a signed written agreement.
5. External specialist partners
Coda Group may work with selected external manufacturers, ingredient and packaging suppliers, laboratories, logistics partners and regulatory specialists. This does not mean Coda Group owns or operates a factory, laboratory or testing facility.
The scope, responsibility and conditions of external services are addressed separately in the relevant project agreement or provider terms.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website branding, copy, design and original visual material are intellectual property of the relevant rights holder. They may not be reproduced, distributed or adapted commercially without prior written permission.
Ownership of intellectual property, brands and product materials developed during a project is addressed in a separate written agreement.
7. Accuracy, availability and external links
Reasonable care is taken with site information, but its completeness, currency or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Content may change without notice.
External links, if provided, are for convenience. Coda Group does not control or endorse the content or privacy practices of those sites merely by linking to them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy and changes to these Terms
Please see the Privacy Policy for information-handling details. These Terms may be revised as the site or operating arrangements change; the current version will be published on this page.
10. Applicable law and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in Australia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to a user. Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the Contact page.
