MEET KAKADU PLUM

Vitamin C and polyphenols. Meet Kakadu plum.

Kakadu plum is a small fruit native to northern Australia. Indigenous communities have long eaten it, and it is now also used as an ingredient in a variety of foods.

Rich in vitamin C
The fruit is known for its high vitamin C content, one of its notable nutritional characteristics.
Polyphenols and antioxidants
Polyphenols occur naturally in plants. University of Queensland research identified antioxidant properties in the Kakadu plum ingredient, highlighting its potential for use in foods.
Australian origin, your brand
Give customers an ingredient origin and story to explore. Coda’s concept combines this Australian-grown fruit with electrolytes and vitamin C in a powder stick.

This describes the Kakadu plum ingredient and related research. Finished-product composition, nutrient levels and labelling will reflect the final formula and test results.

Before you enquire

How is the product developed for my brand?

We start with Coda’s proposed product concept and develop it for your brand. You review samples and packaging design, then agree the final quote and production specifications before an order is placed with the manufacturer.

Can I start with a sample?

We first confirm the available sample options, costs and timing with the manufacturer. Once you agree to proceed, samples are arranged so you can review the taste and product direction before deciding on the next stage.

How do I get pricing and manufacturing terms?

Share your sales plans and preferred format. We prepare a quote based on manufacturing quantities and the development, packaging and production scope, distinguishing included items from separately calculated freight, testing and import costs.

Can we discuss exclusivity or formula ownership?

Tell us which sales territories and formula rights you need. We discuss usage, ownership, exclusivity and costs with the manufacturer, and record the agreed terms in writing before development begins.
